After the stupendous success of previous editions involving hundreds of senior HR professionals, TPS World Learning is pleased to invite your participation in the next edition of International Conference on Human Resources (IM Region) taking place in April 2017 in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Dubai

The conference will identify and recognise Individuals and Organizations that have made a significant contribution leading to a Mega Change in improving the role HR will play in the busniess scenario of the region. HR Professionals from the region (India Middle East) are invited to submit their orginal ideas and case studies – which will be assesed by an independent juries of experts and finally chosen for personal presnetation by a neutral third party ( one of the Big4 advisories). The successful entries will be invited to present the case study to an audience of over 200 HR Dircetors and Profesisonals at each conference location. Each conference will decided the Top Three (semi finalists) based on the merit of the case study and its presentation by the author.

From these 12 semi finalists, the jury will decide the BEST THREE who will be invited and hosted to present the same at the grand Finale in Dubai

Like in all TPS events each conference agenda will include pragmatic panel discussions with senior regional experts and an open forum with all participants and speakers.

The Presenters’ Contest

The 2017 INCHR will play host to an open competition of HR Experts/ CHRO/ HR Directors/ Consultants/ CEOs from all the region to submit a presentation within the scope deifined above

Outlines received will be considered for assessment and review by a committee of experts as above .

  • The top 100 will be uploaded on a USB and web for free distribution to the delegates. These will be announced on the web as well as informed to the author. Any claims by authors shall be entertained and resolved by the Conference Director and a final list announced online.
  • The best 48 out of these top 100, will be invited to present personally at each conference, 12 per location.
  • Based on the content and presentation quality as voted by the audience, TOP REGIONAL THREE will be suitably awarded at the grand finale in Dubai, which includes a trophy, Cash awards, complimentary international trip and fellowship of prestigious international institutes.

For Speakers / Panelists

The INCHR 2017 invites top HR Advisors, Practitioners, decision makers, and thought leaders from all over the world to express intent to be as a speaker / session chari person / panel member. It is an excellent opportunity for global HR professionals and thought leaders to share the Best Practices they have adopted, learnt or researched anywhere in the world, for the benefit of fellow professionals. You will help address pressing issues, thereby playing a unique and significant role in understanding the challenges and the opportunities and the role HR and L&D Management will need to play in the same. INCHR is aimed to reflect on the lessons learnt from various continents and how we are positioned to meet contemporary challenges. It will outline the role of the past experience in moving forward with a stronger policy and practice built on sustainable foundations.

 

Notes:

  • Based on the past experience, the total number of 2000 entries will be exhausted well before the deadline and thus early submission of your online intent is strongly recommended.
  • In case you are unable to present personally but would like participate in the contest, your presentation, if selected, can be delivered via a video conference.
  • International speakers from Not For Profit organizations, if selected to present, shall be extended travel and stay support.
  • To register your intent, please fill out the form below and a link to the nomination form shall be emailed to you.
  • Presentations with a sales pitch or brand promotion shall not be considered for the contest and any sort of canvassing will disqualify the entry.
