After the commendable success of previous editions involving senior HR professionals, TPS World Learning is pleased to be the sponsors of the next edition of International Conference on Human Resources (IM Region) taking place in March 2018 in Mumbai and Dubai
The conference will identify and recognize Individuals and Organizations that have made a significant contribution leading to a Significant Impact in improving the role HR will play in the changing business scenario.
HR Professionals from all over the world are invited to submit their original ideas and case studies – which will be assessed by an independent experts and finally chosen by a neutral international jury for publication online and / or personal presentation.
Top Twenty entries will be invited to present to an audience of over 200 HR Directors and Professionals at each conference location. Each conference will decide the Top Three (semi finalists) based on the merit of the case study and its presentation by the author.

From these semi finalists, the jury will and the audience decide the BEST THREE who will be invited and hosted to present the same at the event in 2019

The Contest

The 2018 INCHR will, thus, play host to an open competition of HR Experts/ CHRO/ HR Directors/ Consultants/ CEOs from all over the world to submit a presentation within the scope defined above

Outlines received will be considered for assessment and reviewed by a global committee of neutral experts.

The top 100 will be uploaded online for free download by anyone off the internet. These will be announced on the web as well as informed to the author. Any claims, by authors, shall be entertained and resolved by the Conference Director and a final list of 20 published online.

These Top 20 will be invited to present personally at each conference. Based on the content and presentation quality, as voted by the audience, the TOP THREE will be suitably recognized at the end of INCHR 2018, which besides a Trophy could include Cash Awards, Complimentary International trips and Fellowship of prestigious international institutes.

The INCHR 2018 invites top HR Advisors, Practitioners, decision makers, and thought leaders from all over the world to express intent to nomitate / be as a key note speaker / session chairperson / panel member. Notes:

  • Based on the past experience, the total accepted number of 2000 entries will be exhausted well before the deadline and thus early submission of your online intent is strongly recommended.
  • In case you are unable to present personally but would like participate in the contest, your presentation, if selected, can be delivered via a video conference, besides being published online.
  • International speakers from Not For Profit organizations, if selected to present, shall be extended travel and stay support.

Presentations with a sales pitch or brand promotion shall not be considered for the contest and any sort of canvassing will disqualify the entry.
