Over this time Neil has become well known as an engaging and energetic speaker, facilitator and teacher.
Prior to WBS, Neil worked in managerial positions within the Chemical and Oil Industries and with the Fire Service. His management career has encompassed corporate planning, production, marketing and financial planning and analysis roles.
Neil is consulting for both the public and private sectors and a number of voluntary organisations, where he has facilitated the introduction of both strategic planning processes, scenario planning and value for money reviews. This includes big organizations such as the BBC, Shell International Oil Inc., The Royal Botanical Gardens Kew, UBS Swiss Bank, Medecines sans Frontieres and British Telecom amongst other international organisations. Neil runs tailored, in company, training programmes in these areas and in financial awareness for non financial managers. He has mentored Board Directors of a number of major public sector organisations.
Neil is associated with TPS in the Middle East and serves as an honorary member on the board of advisory council on our Leadership Training.
Siddharth Razdan Dubai
Siddharth Razdan is the founder CEO of I Capital – a consultancy focused on India -Middle East corridor with cross border fund raising advisory capabilities and focus on structured trade finance. I Capital helps SMEs and MSMEs to grow to next level through strategic advisory. It serves clients ranging from very small ($2mn) to large corporates $1bn and above. Siddharth was Chief Operating Officer, Insighters Insurance Brokers LLC , Vice President, Karvy Stock Broking Ltd which he was responsible for setting up in Dubai from the scratch. He selectively leads initiatives in fund raising /road shows for Indian companies in Middle East both as P/E and structured offshore debt within regulatory framework and work on opportunities in the India Middle East Corridor.
Siddharth is currently working on developing a India centric offshore asset management and Investment Banking Model across Europe,Canada and South East Asia. He worked on the $200,000 scheme allowing resident Indians to invest overseas in the area of alternative investments. Prior to Karvy, Siddharth was Regional CFO for Middle East for the Euro RSCG a Global Leader (Top 5) in the advertising and public relations industry.
MD of Coaching By Design, Phil Todd, has wide ranging coaching and training experience, with a background of 25 years in education and change management, including developing highly successful change strategies for turning round failing schools. Krista Powell Edwards
Her focus is on enabling performance and effectiveness, and a positive change to knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Krista has an extensive knowledge of learning and development best practice, HR strategies to support development and up to date knowledge of specialist areas.
She is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) accredited trainer and master practitioner and is qualified in Accelerated Learning Techniques. She has a MA in Human Resource Management, and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Prior to this he served as full time Smart Grid Project Manager for a medium sized municipal water and electric utility. He is the author of “Ten Questions You Should Ask Before Starting a Smart Grid Project” which describes the Critical questions that can save millions of dollars, lower project risk and maximize project benefits. Terry will be guiding the delegates on these questions and their answers as applicable to the region.
He worked for 15 years with ConEdison, helping them to streamline testing procedures, coordinating testing for all dielectric system equipment, creating fiber optics training, implementing numerous training courses for department technicians, serving as a representative to the Power Quality Committee, as well as teaching several OSHA Awareness classes.
Presently, Rich serves as a Senior Training Specialist for Technology Transfer Services in Tampa, Fl., instructing electrical training for clients around the world and developing student guides and instructor manuals on electrical and OSHA safety. With Technology Transfer Services, Rich brought his systematic method of teaching and functional job analysis techniques to several companies in the fields of gas transmission, electrical utilities, commercial, industrial and electrical engineering.
Rich will be bringing his extensive experience and knowledge to TPS, conducting classes for electricians, mechanics and facility personnel.
Dr. Sea Rotmann
I have worked in almost every sector imaginable: very large, global industry (Rio Tinto at Lihir Management Company, PNG), Environmental Consultants (NLambda, Townsville), research organisations (Bioactivity Investigation Group, Otago University; Australian Institute for Marine Science), Central Government (Ministries of Fisheries, Environment & Social Development, EECA), Local Government (Chair of Environmental Reference Group, Wellington City Council), NGOs (Trustee at Sustainability Trust, National Energy Research Institute, Moths & Butterflies NZ Trust), small business (SEA), social media (blogging & commenting for various global energy sites) and politics (Green Party Aotearoa). This provides me with a strong understanding of the various mandates, drivers and barriers that each sector and stakeholder group experiences in their work.
She has extensive experience in the fields of business strategies, management research, people management & development. She has held senior positions with professional bodies and academic institutions and worked closely with Government/public sector agencies, MNCs/SMEs, global bodies and academic institutions spread across Asia Pacific and UK.
She regularly writes and speaks at various forums and has over 50 publications (including two books) to her credit. She holds PhD*(Mgt), MPhil. (Mgt), MBA (HRM),BSc (Physics, Chem. & Math), Cert.(Human Rights),Cert(‘How to tackle discrimination in the world of work’- ILO).(*thesis submitted).

Marty worked as a Howard County electrical inspector for 17 years and currently is an Electrical Plans Examiner. He is a member of the NFPA, IAEI, IEC, AFAA and is a IAEI Certified Master Inspector(CEI-M), ICC certified commercial electrical inspector. Marty serves on four United Laboratories (UL) technical panels and in 2013, The Chesapeake Chapter of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, voted Marty in as its next President. Marty has taken numerous electrical courses and seminars since 1983, and is devoted to a lifetime of learning. Marty brings his lifetime of learning and nearly 20 years as a code instructor into all of his classes.
His high energy, dynamic approach and years of developing unique techniques and developing skills as an expert speaker, has helped organizations in all of electrical code training needs.
In July of 2009, Marty won the “Top Gun Instructor” award in Orlando, Florida at the Mike Holt, “Train the Trainer seminar.” Twenty Eight instructors from all over the country chose Marty as the “Top Gun”, and Mike Holt awarded him this distinct honor. Marty is active on numerous utility boards and committees nationally as well as the state of Maryland and is committed to giving back to the industry that he loves.
